Grading Policy: 20% Homework assignments.( There will be 4 homework assignments,

                           each covering every chapter.

                           40% Quizzes (There will be 3 major quizzes, each given at the end of each

                            chapter).

                            35% Final Exam (There will be a departmental Final exam given on

                                    December 16^th 2003 , from 2:00-4:00 )

                              5% Attendance.
