For the Fall 2010 - Fall 2011 time period, and I am the Grad Student Peer Resource for the department of mathematics. If you are a newer student, and have questions about how to navigate the beaurocratic aspects of being a graduate student at Temple University please do not hesitate to ask. I can also answer questions about how to get things done in the department or about my experiences thus far. I am in my fifth year here, so I have probably dealt with many of the issues you might come across in your time in the Department of Mathematics.
Some example issues that I know were of interest in the first couple of years: signing up for health insurance, getting your Temple bill paid, taking oral and written exams, etc. Feel free to shoot me an email with your questions, and I will do my best to help you answer them or direct you to someone who can.
