Studying Tips
Your best bet for studying for exam 2 is to do the
practice problems. There are very many of these, so
try a few of each type. Use the odd answers in the
back of the book to help you. Also, in class the day
before the exam, you will have an opportunity to ask
any questions that you have about these problems.

The scores ranged from a 19 to an 89. You are able to do corrections and turn
them in for half credit (for instance, if you got a 60%, did corrections and got
everything correct, then you would get back half of the remaining 40%. So you
would end up with an 80%). Corrections will be graded based on showing all
steps and reasoning. You must show each step and explain why you are taking
that step. Partial credit will not be given. You must hand in the original
test with your corrections. The corrections are due on Wednesday, July 24th and
no late corrections will be accepted.
