Syllabus


We will cover most of the sections in the following chapters:
Chapter 5: THE INTEGRAL

Chapter 6: APPLICATIONS OF THE INTEGRAL
Chapter 7: TECHNIQUES OF INTEGRATION
Chapter 10: INFINITE SERIES





Exams


There will be two midterm exams, and a comprehensive common final exam. The dates are:
Test 1: Tuesday, October 4, 5:50 PM - 7:20 PM
Test 2: Tuesday, November 15, 5:50 PM - 7:20 PM
Final Exam: Monday, December 12,  3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
If an emergency arises and you absolutely cannot attend an EXAM (TEST), you should contact your instructor AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to alert him/her to the situation and make other arrangements. DOCUMENTATION OF THE EMERGENCY IS REQUIRED and the make-up exam must be taken within one week of the original date.

Your instructor will inform you how regularly you will have quizzes, how often the homework will be collected and whether you will have online assignments.





Calculator
Policy



No calculators, including cell phone calculators, will be allowed on the exams and on most of your quizzes.
