  3. Nov. 7, 1998. I gave a ten minute talk at the fall meeting of the EPADEL section of the MAA at Lehigh University entitled Difference Ramsey Numbers"
  4. Nov. 18, 1998. I gave a one hour talk at Temple entitled "Eight New Lower Bounds for Multicolored Ramsey Numbers".
  5. Jan. 14, 1999. I gave a twenty minute talk in the Special Session on Discrete Models and Difference Equations at the Joint Mathematics Meeting in San Antonio, Texas, entitled "Using Recurrence Relations in Ramsey Theory".
  6. Jan. 25, 1999. I gave a one hour talk at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, entitled "Some New Results in Ramsey Theory".
  7. Feb. 11, 1999. I gave a thirty minute talk at Colgate University in Hamilton, New York, entitled "Dateline and Magic".
  8. Feb. 18, 1999. I gave a one hour talks at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro entitled "Some New Results in Ramsey Theory".
  9. March 19, 1999. I gave a Math Club talks here at Temple called "Avoiding Patterns".
  10. April 7, 1999. I gave a talk in the combinatorics seminar at William Patterson University, home of my good friend Melkamu Zeleke, entitled "Difference Ramsey Numbers and Issai Numbers".
  11. April 14, 1999, 4.00pm. I successfully defended my dissertation.
