You will need the header file
tudiss.tex which contains the formatting of the preamble,
table of contents, references, etc, and the bibliography file
tudiss.bbl.
Of course, you may rename the tudiss files anything
you want. You should read the README file.
It's best if you download all the following files
and latex the file tudiss.tex. Then you'll have a working sample which you can view.
Once you do that, you can go back and make your modifications.
